How do I find my age on a certain date, like the last date of a job application?

Pick Age, type your date of birth, then change Age on to the date the form asks about. Someone born on 20 January 2002 is 24 years, 11 months and 12 days old on 1 January 2027.

Does the day count include the end date?

Not unless you tick Count the end date too. From 1 June to 1 November 2026 is 153 days, or 154 days when both dates are counted. The result always says the first and last day it counted.

When is the birthday of someone born on 29 February?

In years without 29 February you can choose 28 February or 1 March. Rules differ between countries, so pick the one you use.

How is my age worked out?

It counts whole years from your birthday, then whole months, then the days left. Someone born on 15 August 1990 is 36 years, 1 month and 26 days old on 11 October 2026: 36 years takes them to 15 August 2026, one month to 15 September, and 26 more days to 11 October.

Is the end date counted?

Not unless you tick Count the end date too. From 1 June to 1 November 2026 is 153 days; with the end date counted it is 154. The answer always shows the first and last day it counted, so there is no guessing.

What counts as a working day?

Monday to Friday unless you change it under Working days. Pick your own days off (for example Friday and Saturday) and add holidays; they are left out. Adding working days does not count the start date, so 5 working days after Friday 9 October 2026 is Friday 16 October.

What is one month after 31 January?

28 February, or 29 February in a leap year, because 31 February does not exist. The answer says when a date was moved to the last day of the month.

Born on 29 February?

You choose whether your birthday counts on 28 February or 1 March in other years. Rules differ between countries, so pick the one you use.

Do time zones change the answer?

No. The app counts calendar days, so the time of day, summer time and time zones never move a result. "Today" is today's date on your device.
