    Questions

How is "you can miss" worked out?

It is the most classes you can miss in a row and still be at the line or above. With 30 attended out of 34 and a 75% rule you can miss 6: 30 of 40 is exactly 75%, and 30 of 41 would be 73.1%. The maths uses whole classes and never rounds up, so 74.9% is always shown as below 75%.

I am below the line. What do I do?

The subject shows how many classes you must attend in a row to get back. With 20 out of 30 (66.6%) you need the next 10: 30 of 40 is 75%. If you add "Classes left this term", it also tells you if it is still possible before the term ends.

What do I tap when a class is cancelled?

Tap Cancelled. It does not count as held or missed, but it is noted, and it takes one off "Classes left this term".

We have labs that count as two classes.

Open + Labs and classes left this term and set One class counts as to 2 or 3. Each tap then adds 2 or 3 to the totals, and "you can miss" counts labs.

My numbers do not match the portal.

Tap Edit or fix totals on the subject and type the held and attended numbers from your portal. If your college counts medical leave as present, add those classes to Attended (or tap Present for them).

Is it private? Does it work offline?

Your subjects stay in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Use Save a backup file to move them to a new phone. Once loaded, the app works with no connection. Always check your college's own attendance rules.
