Choose the last day of term. Each lesson repeats every week (Week A and B lessons every 2 weeks), with the room, and skips your holidays. Open the saved file to add it.
Questions
What does "Right now" show?
During a lesson it shows the subject, the room and how long is left, then the next lesson with its room and what to bring. Between lessons it shows how long you are free. After the last lesson, at weekends and in holidays it shows the first lesson of the next school day. It updates by itself every minute.
My school has a Week A and a Week B. Does it work?
Yes. Under "Weeks and holidays" tick My timetable changes every other week and choose whether this week is Week A or Week B. Then give each lesson time "Every week", "Week A only" or "Week B only". The app switches week by itself every week; if your school skips a week, change "This week is".
A lesson is in a different room on Thursdays. What do I do?
Each day and time has its own Room box. Add the subject once, then + Add another day or time for each lesson in the week, each with its own room.
I am a teacher. How should I add my classes?
Add each class as its own subject, for example "10B Science" or "Year 8 Maths", with its rooms. Use "Teacher or group" for the group or set, and "What to bring" for things like marked books.
Two lessons show a clash warning.
Two lessons overlap on the same day (and the same week). That is usually a typing mistake, such as 2:30 pm typed as 2:30 am. Tap Edit on the subject and fix the time. If they really overlap, you can leave it: both are shown.
Will it remind me before a lesson?
A web page cannot ring when it is closed. Choose the last day of term and tap Save calendar file: your phone's calendar then has every lesson, with the room, and reminds you as your calendar is set to.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your timetable stays in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Use Save a backup file to move it to a new phone. Once loaded, the app works with no connection.
