Event Budget and Vendor Payments Planner
For weddings, mehndi, walima, birthdays and Eid dinners. Give each event a budget, add every vendor with the price you agreed, record advances, and always know what is paid, what is still to pay and when.
This browser is not letting the app save. What you type will be lost when you close the page. Save a backup file before you leave.
Add your first event
Each event gets its own box with its budget and its vendors. A wedding with a mehndi, barat and walima can be three events.
Money and backup
How it works
- Add each event, such as the mehndi or the walima, with its date and total budget.
- Add every vendor in its box: the hall, caterer (price per guest works too), decorator, photographer, tailor. Type the price you agreed and any advance you paid.
- See where you stand: “Mehndi: 8,40,000 agreed of 9,00,000 budget, 3,50,000 paid, 4,90,000 still to pay”, and when each payment is due.

Questions
What do agreed, paid and still to pay mean?
Agreed is the price you settled with a vendor (for a caterer, the price per guest times the guests). Paid is everything you have given them so far, less any money they gave back. Still to pay is agreed minus paid. For an event, “8,40,000 agreed of 9,00,000 budget” means 60,000 of the budget is not promised to anyone yet.
I paid an advance and the rest is due on the day
Add the vendor with + Advance already paid, or tap Record a payment later. Then tap + Due date and pick when the rest is due. You can add several due dates, such as half a week before and the rest on the day. When you pay, tap Paid it on the due date and it is taken off.
The price changed after we agreed
Tap Edit on the vendor and type the new price, or the new number of guests. The box shows “Price changed on 3 Nov from 3,80,000 to 4,00,000” so you can show the family why the total moved.
A booking was cancelled
Tap Cancel booking and type the refund you got back, if any. What the vendor kept is shown as Money lost and still counts in the event’s total, because it was spent. Book again undoes it.
One vendor for two events
Add the vendor in one event, tap Copy to event and pick the other one. The name, category, price and phone are copied, not the payments. Give each event its own part of the price, so neither total counts it twice.
Can the family see it? Is it private?
Tap Copy summary or Email summary on an event, or Copy everything, and paste it into the family group. Save as spreadsheet gives a CSV with every payment for Excel or Google Sheets. Everything stays in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Once loaded it works with no connection. Save a backup file before changing phones.
