Questions
What do the three totals mean?
In your trolley is what the ticked items cost, so what you will pay if you go to the till now. Still to get is what the items you have not ticked yet cost. Whole list is both together.
How do I stay on budget?
Tap + Set a budget. The bar shows how much of it is in your trolley, and the app tells you how much is left to spend and whether the whole list fits. If it does not, it tells you by how much, so you know what to leave out before you reach the till.
The price on the shelf is different. What do I do?
Tap Edit on the item, change the price and tap Save. All totals update straight away.
Can I use the same list next week?
Yes. Tap New shop with the same list. Every item and price stays and all the ticks are cleared. Delete all items starts from an empty list. Both can be undone.
How is it rounded?
Each line is worked out to the cent (1.2 kg at 1.10 is 1.32, half a cent rounds up) and the lines are added up, the same way a till receipt does. Sales tax, if you add it, is worked out on the total.
Is it private?
Yes. There is no account. Your list stays in this browser on this device, and the app works offline once it has loaded, so it still works in a shop with no signal.
