Questions
What does "Tonight's check" show?
For each child: anything late (its day has passed and it is not ticked), anything due today that is not ticked yet, everything due on their next school day (on Friday evening that is Monday, or Sunday for schools that open on Sunday), and tests and projects in the week after that. Each child uses their own school days and holidays.
The teacher sends homework on WhatsApp. Do I type it all again?
No. Copy the message and paste it into "What to do". If it has several lines, like "English: learn the poem" and "Maths: Ex 4.2", the app offers to add each line as its own item, with the word before the colon as the subject.
What happens to homework that was not done?
It stays open and shows as late in red, with how many days late, until you tick it Done. "Move to" puts it on the next school day if the teacher gave more time.
What is a reminder?
Anything that is not homework: bring the PE kit, sign the trip form, pay the fee, a parents' meeting. Tick "Repeat every week" for something that happens every week, like a spelling test on Friday. Weekly items never pile up as late.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your diary stays in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Once loaded, the app works with no connection. If you clear the browser's data the diary is gone, so save a backup file now and then.
