Add each person who works for you. Each one gets their own box with a calendar and their own pay slip.
Earlier months keep the old pay.
Days off that are not taken from the pay. Days off beyond these are unpaid.

If they have worked for you for a while, pick the 1st of this month.
Leave it empty to pay one normal day.

How is the pay for a day off worked out?
You choose in One day's pay is. Most families use Monthly pay ÷ 30: with 30,000 a month one day is 1,000, so 2 unpaid days take 2,000 off in every month. ÷ days in the month gives 967.74 in a 31-day month and 1,071.43 in February. ÷ working days leaves out the weekly days off, so with Sundays off October 2026 has 27 working days and one day is 1,111.11. The total is rounded once to the nearest cent.
How does paid leave work?
Set Paid leave each month, for example 2 days. The first days off in the month use it up and nothing is taken off; every day off after that is unpaid. A half day uses half a day. Tick Unused paid leave carries to the next month if unused days add up. The calendar shows L for a paid leave day and ✗ for an unpaid one.
They took an advance. How is it taken back?
Tap Advance in their box, type the amount and pick Take it back: all from one month's pay, or over 2 to 12 months. The amounts always add up exactly, for example 10,000 over 3 months is 3,333.34, 3,333.33 and 3,333.33. If an advance is more than the month's pay, the rest comes off the next month.
They joined or left in the middle of the month
Pick the Started working on day when adding them, or use Edit and + Left the job? for the last day. That month pays only the days they were with you, for example joining on 15 October with ÷ 30 pays 17 of 30 days.
The pay went up
Tap Edit, type the new Monthly pay and pick the month in New pay starts with. Earlier months keep the old pay.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Everything stays in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Once loaded, the app works with no connection. Save a backup file now and then, or before changing phones.
