To get a PDF, choose Save as PDF in the print window (on an iPhone: Share, then Save to Files). Email opens your mail app with the invoice written out; attach the PDF if your client wants one.

Questions
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Tap Print or save as PDF. In the print window pick Save as PDF as the printer (on a computer or Android phone). On an iPhone or iPad, tap the Share button in the print window and choose Save to Files. Only the invoice is printed, not the form.
What is the difference between the total and the amount due?
The total is the full price of the job after discount and tax. The amount due is what the client still has to pay: the total minus any deposit already paid.
My prices already include VAT. What do I do?
Add the tax, type the rate and tick My prices already include this tax. The total stays the same and the invoice shows how much of it is tax. For 120.00 including 20% VAT, that is 20.00.
How does the discount work with tax?
The discount is taken off first and tax is worked out on what is left. If some items have no tax, the discount is shared across the items by their price, so only the taxed part of the discount lowers the tax.
How do invoice numbers count up?
When you start a New invoice, the number is one more than your latest saved invoice: INV-0009 becomes INV-0010, 2026-099 becomes 2026-100. You can type any number you like; the app warns you if it is already used.
Can I bill hours or half days?
Yes. Type the hours in Qty (for example 12.5) and your hourly rate in Price each. Up to 3 decimals work.
Is it private?
Yes. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Your invoices stay in this browser on this device. The app works offline once it has loaded. Use Download backup to keep a copy or move to another device.
