The app shows a job under "Needs you today" when you have heard nothing for the number of days under "Follow up when I hear nothing for". After you send a short polite email or call, tap Followed up: the next reminder counts from today. If they said "we will decide by Friday", use + Choose your own follow-up day.

Want to apply: you saved the advert but have not applied. Applied: sent, no answer yet. Heard back: they replied (a call, an email, a test). Interview: an interview is booked or done. Offer: they offered you the job. Rejected, No reply and I withdrew close the job; it moves under "Closed" and you can change the stage back at any time.

Under Job search record choose the dates, and you get a list by day of each application (with where you found it and how you applied), each follow-up and each interview. Copy it, email it or print it. Save as a spreadsheet gives a file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

A web page cannot ring by itself when it is closed. Tap Add to calendar under the interview in the job's box: your phone's calendar then reminds you the day before and one hour before.

Your applications stay in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Use Save a backup file to move them to a new phone. Once loaded, the app works with no connection.
