How it works
- Set Where you claim: your employer or insurer, how many days after the bill you can claim, and any yearly limit.
- Add each medical bill when you pay it: date, amount, and who it was for.
- Send a claim: tick the bills you are sending together and tap Mark as claimed.
- When the money comes, tap Refund received. The app shows what was refunded, what was not, and how much of your limit is left.

Questions
How does it know the last day to claim a bill?
In Where you claim, tap Edit and set Claim within to the days your employer or insurer allows, for example 90 days. A lab bill from 12 Sep then shows Claim by 11 Dec. Bills within 14 days of the limit are marked Claim soon, and bills past it are marked in red, because many employers no longer accept them. If you are not sure of the rule, ask HR or read your policy; leave it on No time limit until then.
I sent several bills in one claim
Tick each bill under Not claimed yet. A New claim box appears with the total; tap Mark as claimed. The bills move to Claimed, waiting for the refund as one claim. Copy list for the claim form gives you the dates, names and amounts to paste into the form or an email to HR.
Only part of the claim was refunded
Tap Refund received and type the amount that really came, for example 3,200 of a 4,000 claim. The app shows 800 not refunded and shares the 3,200 between the bills in proportion to what was claimed for each, to the cent. If the rest can be claimed elsewhere (for example from insurance after the employer), tap Claim the rest somewhere else.
A claim was rejected
Tap Rejected and type the reason, such as receipt not stamped. Its bills go back to Not claimed yet with the reason shown, so you can fix it and send them again. The rejected claim stays in the history.
How is the yearly limit counted?
By the date of each bill, inside the claim year you chose (for example July to June). Refunded and waiting amounts both count, because a waiting claim will use the limit if it is paid. With each person, each family member has their own limit. Rejected claims do not count.
A bill I do not want to claim
Tap Not claiming on it. It stays in All bills and in each person's total, but no longer in Not claimed yet. Tap Claim after all to bring it back.
