Questions
How do I know if I already took it?
Every set time is listed under Today. It says Taken at and the time once you tap Taken, or Not taken yet. If you are about to log a dose soon after the last one, the app stops and tells you when the last dose was.
I took it but forgot to tap Taken.
Tap Taken now, then Change and set the real time. You can also log a dose from yesterday evening the next morning: an unlogged set time stays on the list until the next one is due.
What about painkillers I only take when needed?
Choose Only when needed and set how long to wait between doses and the most doses in 24 hours, as the label says. The app shows when the last dose was and from what time the next one is allowed.
Can it remind me?
Tap Add reminders to my calendar. Your calendar adds a repeating reminder at each set time and alerts you even when this page is closed. A web page alone cannot alert you reliably when it is closed, so this uses your calendar instead.
Is this medical advice?
No. The app only records what you tell it and the limits you set. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions and the medicine leaflet. If you think you took too much, contact a doctor, pharmacist or poison centre straight away.
Is it private?
Yes. There is no account. Everything stays in this browser on this device, your data is never sent anywhere, and the app works offline. Use Save a backup before you change phones.
