Milk and Daily Delivery Log with Monthly Bill

For milk, a newspaper, water cans or bread delivered to your door: tap the days it did not come or came in a different amount, and see this month's bill and what you owe the seller.

Add a delivery

Add each thing that comes to your door. Each one gets its own box with a calendar and its own bill.

If you have had it for a while, pick the 1st of this month and start counting from there.

Questions

How is the bill worked out?

The app adds up what was delivered in the month and multiplies it by the price, the same way the seller does: 59 litres × 220 = 12,980. Days you mark Not delivered count as 0, and changed days count the amount you typed. Everything is counted in thousandths of a litre and whole cents, so the bill is exact.

The price went up in the middle of the month

Tap Price or amount changed in the delivery's box and pick the date. Litres before that day are billed at the old price and litres from that day at the new one, and the bill shows both lines. The same button changes the usual amount, for example 2.5 litres from 1 November.

We are going away for a week

Tap Away? Pause deliveries, pick the first and last day, and tick All deliveries to pause everything at once. Paused days are not billed. If something still came on one of those days, tap that day and type the amount.

How do payments and "owed from before" work?

Record each payment in the month it pays for, even if you pay on the 2nd of the next month: open that month with Previous and tap Record a payment. Anything not paid is carried to the next month as Owed from before; paying more than the bill is carried as Paid ahead.

Morning and evening milk, or two sellers?

Add each one as its own delivery, for example "Morning milk" and "Evening milk". Each gets its own calendar, price and bill.

Is it private? Does it work offline?
