Do leave and public holidays count against me?
Most hybrid policies say no, so by default the app lowers a weekly or monthly target by one for each day of leave, sick day or public holiday on a working day: 3 days a week with Monday off becomes 2. If your employer keeps the full target, choose Keep my target; it is then lowered only when there are not enough working days left (3 days off in a 5-day week leaves 2). With a percentage rule, days off are simply left out of the working days counted.
How is a percentage rule worked out?
The working days in the month or quarter, minus leave, sick days and public holidays, times your percentage, rounded up to a whole day. Oct to Dec 2026 has 66 weekdays; with 3 public holidays and 5 days of leave that is 58 days, and 60% of 58 is 34.8, so you need 35 office days. "So far" shows your percentage up to today.
What counts as an office day?
Office and Work trip (a client site, a conference or another office) count as one office day; Half day in office counts as half. An office day on a day you do not usually work, such as a Saturday, counts too. A past working day you have not marked counts as not in the office, and the app lists it so you can mark it. If your employer counts things differently, check with them: their badge or booking system decides.
Which week does a quarter count?
With a weekly rule, "weeks met" counts each week in the quarter in which it starts. A week where every working day is off needs no office days.
