How is the cash to keep worked out?
It adds up the amount of every parcel that is still On the way and marked Cash on delivery. A phone case for 1,250, a kurta for 3,200 and shoes for 3,000 coming by cash on delivery means keep 7,450 cash ready. Parcels paid online are not counted.
When is a parcel "Late"?
When the day you said it should arrive has passed and you have not marked it It arrived. Tap Ask the shop for a ready-written message with the order date and tracking number to send to the shop's helpline or chat.
How does the return deadline work?
Add a return window, such as 7 or 14 days. When you mark the parcel It arrived, the app shows the last day to return it: shoes that arrived on Sat 7 Nov with 14 days can be returned until Sat 21 Nov. Tap Keeping it to stop the reminder. Shops count the days in different ways, so check their rules when the last day is close.
I got only part of my refund.
Tap Refund received and type the amount that came. The rest stays under Refunds waiting. If the shop says no more is coming, tap No more refund coming.
Does it track the parcel with the courier?
No. It keeps your tracking number so you can copy it into the shop or courier app. It does not connect to any shop.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your orders stay in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Use Save a backup file to keep a copy or move to a new phone. Once loaded, the app works with no connection.
