Questions
How is the balance worked out?
The total is the price plus the delivery charge (for delivery orders). The balance is the total minus the advance and any payments recorded later. A cake for 4,500 with 250 delivery and 1,500 advance has a balance of 3,250. "Collect" for a day adds up the balances of that day's orders.
What do "This week" and "This month" count?
Orders whose date falls in the week (Monday to Sunday) or the month. Sales is the total of those orders, plus any advance you kept from a cancelled order. Received is the money already paid. Still to collect is the balances not paid yet.
A customer cancelled. What happens to the advance?
Tap Cancel order and choose Kept the advance or Gave the advance back. A kept advance still counts in your sales; money given back does not.
The customer took the cake but will pay later.
Tap Handed over, pays later. The order moves to "Handed over" and shows under Still owed at the top until you record the payment.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
