Pomodoro Focus Timer for Study and Work
Focus on one task for a set time, take a short break, and see where your focus time went.
Your browser is not letting this page save. The timer works, but your tasks and focus time will be lost when you close it.

Questions
What is the Pomodoro technique?
Pick one task and work on it, with no phone and no switching, for a short fixed block (usually 25 minutes). Then take a 5-minute break: stand up, drink water, look away from the screen. After 4 blocks take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes. Short blocks are easier to start, and the breaks keep you fresh for longer.
My phone locked (or I closed the page). Is the block lost?
No. The timer saves the time the block ends. When you come back it shows the right time left, or says the block ended and counts it. A focus block never starts by itself while you are away, so your log only holds time you really focused.
I stopped a block early. Does it count?
When you press Skip to break or Start this block again after a minute or more, the app asks. Count it adds the minutes you did (shown as “+ 12 min”), but only full blocks count towards the long break and your daily goal.
Why did I not hear the bell?
Browsers only play sound after you have tapped the page, which pressing Start does. If the phone is on silent or the page was closed, there is no sound; turn on Show a notification on a computer, or keep the page open. Press Play in the settings to test it.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your tasks and focus time stay in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Once loaded, the app works with no connection. Use Save a backup file to move to another device.
