How does it know which month is paid?
Each fee is due on its due day, every month, every few months or once a year. Payments always pay the oldest fee first. If 20,000 was paid against an 8,000 monthly fee that started in August, August and September are paid, and 4,000 of October is still owed.
The school charges every term, not every month.
Pick Every 3 months, Every 4 months or Every 6 months under "How often?", and pick the first month of a term as the first month to track. A fee every 3 months from September covers September to November, then December to February, and so on.
There is no van fee in the summer holidays.
Open the fee's Change or stop and tick the months with no fee, such as June and July. Those months are skipped every year.
The fee went up. Will old months change?
No. Change or stop, then Save the new amount sets a new fee from a month you pick. Earlier months keep the old fee.
We get a discount for the second child.
Type each child's fee after the discount. Every child has their own fees, so one can pay 8,000 and the other 7,200.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your records and receipt photos stay in this browser on this device: no account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Use Save a backup file to keep a copy or move to a new phone. Once loaded, the app works with no connection.
