Questions
How does it decide what to order?
Each item has its own Order when down to and Order enough to have. When the stock falls to the first number or below, the item goes on the list, and the amount to order fills it back up to the second number: with 2 cartons left and Order enough to have 6, it says order 4 cartons.
How do I keep the stock right?
Tap − when you open or sell one, + when one comes in, or type the number you counted on the shelf. Each item shows when it was last counted, so you can see which ones need a fresh count.
What happens after I send the order?
Tap Mark as ordered. The items move to Ordered, waiting for delivery, so they are not ordered twice. When the goods come, tap Delivery came, check the quantity (change it if the supplier sent less) and the price, and it is added to the stock.
How is the cost worked out?
Each line is the quantity times the last price you paid: 4 cartons × 4,600 = 18,400. Supplier prices change, so the total is an estimate. Items with no price are counted and named, never guessed. All sums are in whole cents, so they are exact.
One item from two suppliers?
Add it twice with each supplier, for example Sugar 50 kg from Ali Traders and from Bilal & Sons, or keep one and change its Supplier when you switch.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
