Questions
How do I calculate hours worked?
For each day type when you started and finished, and how long your unpaid break was. The app subtracts the break and adds up the week, for example 9:00 to 17:30 with a 30 minute break is 8h.
What about a night shift past midnight?
Just type the real times. A shift from 22:00 to 06:00 is counted as 8 hours, and the day shows "ends next day". Put the shift on the day it starts.
How is overtime worked out?
Open "+ Add overtime, pay and rounding", choose when overtime starts (for example 40 hours a week) and the pay rate. Hours above the limit are paid at the overtime multiplier.
Is it private?
Yes. Everything is worked out on your device and saved only in this browser. Your data is never sent anywhere, and it works offline.
