Add your university's official vacation dates. A week only counts as a holiday week when every day of it is inside a holiday; otherwise the term-time limit applies, to keep you safe.

How is a week counted?
For the UK a week runs from Monday to Sunday, and you cannot average your hours: working 25 hours one week and 15 the next is still going over. The app starts weeks on Monday. If your rule or employer counts from another day, change it under Your visa rule.
A shift goes past midnight
Type the real start and end, for example 22:00 to 06:00. The app splits it: 2 hours on the first day and 6 on the next. A Sunday night shift is counted partly in this week and partly in next week, just as the rule does.
How does the Australian 48 hours a fortnight rule work?
Every 14 days that start on a Monday count, so the fortnights overlap. For the week you are looking at, the app checks the fortnight that ends this Sunday and the one that starts this Monday, and shows the hours left in the tighter one.
What is a planned shift?
Any shift that has not ended yet. Planned hours count towards the limit, so you see before you work it whether a shift offered for Saturday would take you over. If you do not work it, delete it.
Do unpaid breaks count?
A break where you are not working is not work, so an unpaid break is taken off the hours. A paid break counts: leave the break blank. Volunteering and unpaid work placements can count too: add them as shifts.
Is it private? Does it work offline?
Your shifts stay in this browser on this device. No account, and your data is never sent anywhere. Once loaded, the app works with no connection. Save a backup file now and then, or before changing phones.
